Of course, there is a big selection of toys and games here. It's a bit sad what happened to this location though. It feels poorly organized and managed now. Also, sometimes the prices aren't very competitive when you start comparing to other stores. I noticed as well that certain products tend to be out of stock; it is a disappointment when you see many empty shelves in the aisles. Finally, please work on delivering better customer service. Employees are nowhere to be seen on the floor when I go. They should be available to assist customers especially in a large store like this.

From the few times I've been there, I've had excellent service. Sometimes there's a lack of staff but they make up for it with good service. Always a bunch of parking so that's good too.

The service was excellent. I was buying two bicycles for my kids and the young clerk, Salah I believe, went well beyond my expectations. One bicycle had to be unboxed and assembled and the other was a floor demo that had to be authorized by the available manager, Sylvain. As I was about to leave, Salah stopped me and wanted the demo to check If everything was in order. I hadn't even thought about a final check up. Amazing team.
